Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy is governed by and subject to ANISA Beauty’s posted Terms and Conditions. By placing an order with ANISA Beauty, you agree to be bound by this Shipping Policy, as well as all other applicable terms, conditions, and policies outlined in our Terms and Conditions. In the event of any conflict between this Shipping Policy and the Terms and Conditions, the Terms and Conditions shall prevail.

  1. ANISA currently offers shipping to the United States, Austria, Australia, Belgium, Bulgaria, Canada, Cyprus, Czechia, Germany, Denmark, Estonia, Spain, Finland, France, United Kingdom, Greece, Hong Kong, Croatia, Hungary, Ireland, Israel, Italy, South Korea, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Latvia, Malta, Netherlands, New Zealand, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Singapore, Slovenia, and Slovakia. Where available, you will be able to select your shipping method at checkout. Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your package and the country it is being shipped to.
  2. You may experience longer delivery times when shipping internationally or domestically to Hawaii, Alaska, or Puerto Rico.
  3. Please note that orders over $200 will ship via Signature Required, unless otherwise requested (please see "Signature Requirement" below).
  4. Orders placed before 3:30 PM EST on a weekday usually ship the same day. Please see ‘When Will My Order Ship?’ below for exclusions.
  5. All items ship from our fulfillment center in Atlanta, Georgia.
  6. The shipping methods offered on ANISA’s website are provided by the carrier. The days represent an estimated time of arrival for how long it usually takes for a package to arrive after it has shipped. These dates are subject to change and are not 100% guaranteed.
  7. For time-sensitive packages, please be mindful of holidays, sales, and extreme or unsafe weather.
  8. Please ship to a secure location. ANISA is unable to replace stolen mail.
  9. ANISA is unable to alter the shipping method selected or the shipping address provided in an order after it has been shipped.
  10. Once a package has shipped, an order cannot be canceled or refunded due to carrier delays.
  11. For international shipping, live carrier rates are provided upon checkout.
  12. International delivery times vary and can take up to or more than 21 days.
  13. Due to import restrictions, we are unable to ship the Quick Dry Brush Cleaner Spray to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or internationally.
  14. If international shipping is not available in your country, please email support@anisabeauty.com for assistance.
  15. Customs & Duties: All international orders require VAT, customs, and duty fees to be paid upfront at checkout. These charges are calculated based on the country of import and product value. By prepaying these fees, you can avoid additional delays or unexpected charges upon delivery. ANISA assumes no responsibility for duties incurred on discounted, promotional, or giveaway items. ANISA doesn't refund any fees, duties, or taxes related to International orders.
  16. DHL eCommerce shipments are processed through USPS for international delivery.
  17. You cannot use your own negotiated shipping rates.
  18. Each country has unique shipping regulations that must be followed to ensure successful delivery. Failure to meet these requirements may result in delays, returned shipments, or destroyed packages. Local Currency & Payment Methods: Customers can shop in their local currency and use local payment methods available at checkout for a seamless purchasing experience.
  19. SHIPPING OPTIONS:
    • First Class (USPS) – Offered at checkout for $6.95 for US residents only. Free shipping on orders $50 and over based on the subtotal. Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 3-5 business days via USPS. Shipping dates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Shipping fees will not be refunded due to carrier delays.
    • UPS Overnight – EXCLUDES SATURDAY DELIVERY. Offered at checkout for $35. Orders must be placed before 3:30 PM EST for same-day shipping. UPS will not ship to a P.O. Box. All orders placed after 3:30 PM EST on a Friday will ship the next business day. For possible Saturday delivery, please contact customer service before placing your order.
    • FedEx International Economy – Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your package. International delivery times vary and can take up to or more than 21 days. Shipping fees will not be refunded due to carrier delays.
    • DHL eCommerce (International) – Offered at checkout for select international destinations. DHL eCommerce partners with USPS, providing a cost-effective international shipping option. Delivery times vary by country and are not guaranteed. The maximum order value is $1000 to use DHL eCommerce shipping and varies by country.
  20. WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP? Most orders placed before 3:30 PM EST usually ship same day (weekends excluded).
  21. CARRIER SERVICES & MODIFICATIONS. ANISA reserves the right to modify shipping methods, carriers, and service options without prior notice to customers. While estimated delivery dates are provided at checkout, these dates are not guaranteed, and ANISA shall not be liable for any carrier-related delays. ANISA may change its preferred carriers or adjust shipping services to ensure efficient and secure delivery.
  22. PRESALE. Presale refers to the ability to order and “reserve” an item that is out of stock, but is actively on its way to our warehouse. If you have purchased an item or items containing “presale” in the product title, your order will not ship until the presale item is back in stock. You can check estimated back-in-stock date on the product page. Presale items will not be shipped separately. Please note that the arrival of preorder items to our warehouse depends on many factors, and the shipping dates are subject to change. Any order containing a PRESALE product will not be eligible for expedited domestic or International shipping.
  23. TRACKING NUMBERS. After an order ships, an automated shipping confirmation will be sent to the email address provided in the order, including a tracking number. If you do not receive a confirmation, please check your spam or junk folder. If you have questions regarding tracking, please email support@anisabeauty.com for assistance.
  24. STOLEN MAIL. ANISA shall not be liable for packages marked as “'Delivered” by the carrier. If you believe your package was stolen, please contact the carrier to file a claim and notify us within seven (7) business days so we can assist where possible. We recommend shipping to a secure location. If you wish for a package to be shipped with a signature required, please contact customer service prior to placing the order.
  25. SIGNATURE REQUIREMENT. Orders over $200 will automatically ship with a signature required. If the carrier attempts to deliver and there is no one to sign, the package will be taken to your local Post Office. From there, you can pick up the package. If a package goes unclaimed, the mail carrier will issue a "RETURN TO SENDER", and it will be returned to our facility. Orders will not be reshipped, cancelled, or refunded while the carrier is still in possession of the package. If your order is over $200 and you wish to remove the signature requirement, please contact customer service prior to or immediately after the order is placed.
  26. MISSING OR LOST MAIL. If the tracking number states "Delivered" but you have not received your package, please contact the carrier to file a Lost Package Claim. If the carrier is able to verify the package was lost or delivered incorrectly, email us a copy of the claim and the Case Number at support@anisabeauty.com within seven (7) business days from when the tracking number claims the package was “Delivered.” While ANISA does not guarantee replacements for lost packages, we will work with you and the carrier to find a solution.. ANISA assumes no responsibility for lost packages without a valid Case Number or packages reported after seven (7) business days from the alleged “Delivery Date”. No exceptions will be made. This policy is listed on our website at all times. By submitting an order on ANISA’s website, customers agree to all our terms and policies.
  27. ADDRESS ERROR. Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that all shipping information provided at checkout is accurate and complete. ANISA is not liable for delays, losses, or non-delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses entered by the customer. If ANISA identifies an order with an invalid address prior to shipping, our customer support team will attempt to email you directly from support@anisabeauty.com to confirm your correct mailing address. However, if we do not hear back from you in two weeks, your order will be refunded. If an order is returned due to an invalid address, the customer will be responsible for any reshipping costs. ANISA will not issue refunds for items lost due to customer-provided address errors.
  28. RETURNS. Subject to the terms and conditions set forth in ANISA’s Return Policy, we accept returns of unused and unopened cosmetic brush products within thirty (30) days of delivery. To initiate a return, please review ANISA’s Return Policy. For further assistance, please reach out to our support team at support@anisabeauty.com.
  29. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ANISA Beauty shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or claim arising out of or in connection with the shipping, delivery, or non-delivery of your order. Notwithstanding the foregoing, ANISA Beauty’s total liability, including for any breach of warranty, shall be limited to the amount you paid for the purchased goods. In no event shall ANISA Beauty be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
  30. FORCE MAJEURE. ANISA shall not be held responsible for any failure or delay in fulfilling shipping obligations due to events beyond its reasonable control. Such events include, but are not limited to, acts of God, natural disasters, strikes, labor disputes, governmental actions, public health emergencies, pandemics, transportation interruptions, or carrier-related disruptions. In the event of force majeure, ANISA’s obligations shall be suspended until the cause of the delay is resolved.
  31. FRAUD PREVENTION & ORDER VERIFICATION. To protect against fraud and unauthorized transactions, ANISA reserves the right to hold, review, or cancel any order at its sole discretion. For orders exceeding a certain value or flagged for unusual activity, additional identity verification may be required. Customers will be notified promptly if their order is delayed due to this process. ANISA further reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders where fraud is suspected.
